EVENT INFORMATION
Game Schedules
As you may know, club season started early this year and many of the Platinum and Gold teams are missing players. We are using “Upper” and “Lower” designations for organizations that entered multiple teams in an age group. Please plan accordingly. The schedule was well thought-out and provides the most balanced opportunities possible.
If you are listed as the home team you are responsible for providing a score/penalty timekeeper. All penalties are running time and easy to track.
Concessions and Vendors
Food trucks and concession stand will be available throughout the tournament. No grills or delivery of outside food is allowed at Graham Park.
We encourage everyone to support our concession stand and vendors. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the players in our lacrosse community that need our support.

Registration
When you arrive, please check-in at the registration table. If you have not sent the form digitally, please provide your completed registration/waiver form before taking the field. There will also be printed copies of the LAXFest packet available. The link is below as well.
Rosters
Registration/waiver form must include all players on your rosters. We are NOT following WPYLA bubble player rules but expect the spirit of the rule to be honored. Specifically, if you are using players from an upper team to fill a lower roster, these should be players with the closest abilities to the lower team’s players. We will be monitoring this throughout the day.
Field Map
Please be aware: the exercise area is NOT a playground and improper use and horseplay has resulted in injuries during sporting events. Players and siblings are expected to maintain self control while using the exercise area and parents are expected to monitor their children between games. If SVLA volunteers witness any improper or dangerous use of the exercise equipment area, we will immediately rope it off/close it for the duration of LAXFest. Please warn your players and parents prior to arrival.
