ADMIN NIGHT AND GENERAL MEETING DETAILS:

Location: Seneca Valley Intermediate High School cafeteria (IHS)
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
We will hold a brief GENERAL MEETING at 6:00 pm. Upon conclusion, please make your way around the tables detailed below and be sure to meet your coach before you leave!
Registration & Raffle Ticket Handouts - For registration and payment questions.Your registration must be complete prior to visiting this table! If you have registered and paid a $100 deposit you will recieve your Raffle Lottery Tickets to sell and recoup the fundraiser fees!! Pick up your entry form for a chance to win $50 off registration.
Youth Table - For youth specific questions. Recieve information on parent involvment expectations and sign up for volunteer opportunties. We cannot have a lacrosse season without your help! Turn in your entry form for a chance to win $50 off registration (refund if paid in full).
High School Table & Uniform Deposit Checks- For high school specific questions. Please turn in your high school uniform deposit post-dated checks here! Checks should be made payable to SVLA in the amount of $200 and post-dated for June 1, 2024. Checks will be returned once uniforms are handed back in. Turn in your entry form for a chance to win $50 off registration (refund if paid in full).
Fundraising - Learn about our fun February event and get involved! Valerie Kirk, fundraising chair, is looking for your valuable feedback on several ideas!
Youth Uniforms - Youth uniform sample sets will be available for sizing. Please use this opportunity to ensure you order the correct size for Spring! New players will need full sets and returning players have the option to order separate items as desired. We had a vendor change for 2024, so the sizing may be slighly different than last year! Please come take a look! Details will be available at Admin Night and sent via email. Visit the uniform table for more information!
SVLA Apparel - Limited SVLA merchandise will be available for purchase! Parkas will be available for pickup.
Equipment Swap - If you have any usable equipment sitting around in good condition and you'd like to hand off to another player, please bring it and place it on our equipment swap table! If you see something you could use, feel free to take it! **Please be sure that shoulder pads meet NOCSAE certifications and any donated helmets are not expired, cracked, damaged. Please take equipment at your own risk but feel free to ask a coach or SVLA volunteer about any equipment sizing or safety concerns.

Seneca Valley Lacrosse Financial Assistance Program
Seneca Valley Lacrosse Association’s goal is to introduce the sport of lacrosse to as many children within our district as possible. There are times when the cost associated with playing may restrict a child from pursuing the sport. We don’t want that to happen.
Through generous donations, we can offer financial assistance for families who may be experiencing financial hardship.
For the 2024 season, we would like to extend this opportunity to any player within the Seneca Valley School District who is unable to cover the registration fees to play lacrosse this Spring. We are now accepting interest and nominations for this financial assistance program.
